A:Normally we accept EX-work, FOB and CIF, other terms could be discussed based on actual situation.

Q5. What’s your payment terms?

A:Normally we accept T/T, L/C, Western Union and Paypal, other terms could be discussed based on actual situation.

Q7. Is it possible to print our LOGO on your products?

A:Yes, we accept OEM and ODM.

Q8. Do you accept drop shipping?

A:Yes,For products in stock, we support drop shipping.

Q9. Do you support high-end private customization?

A:Yes, We support private high-end painting customization.

Q10. What about your package?

A:Our products are packed in gift box, and 6pcs of box are packed in one carton box. And also it’s available for customized packages. Q11. What’s your lead time?

A:1 day for samples, 30 days under 3000pcs, 45days above 5000pcs.

Q12. How to handle with your order?

A:Firstly, you provide your required product model, quantity, lead time and special specifications.

Secondly, we will quote to you based on your confirmed information.

Thirdly, you confirm the order, and also both of us come to business agreements.

Forthly, we arrange production and shipping under payment terms.

Q13. How to delivery goods?

A:EXPRESS, air shipping and sea transportation are available, and it depends on clients choose. Normally if there is no requirements for shipping, we will make comparation and choose the best advantaged shipping channel to ensure lowest cost with fast shipping days.
